The perfect Cadbury egg coookies

I have seen so many people making these lately, so I decided to make my own. These cookies are so delicious and sure to be your new favorite. They combine a soft, chewy inside with a nice, crispy exterior, and they are so easy to make that it's sheer to become a fairy in no time.

Put chocolate eggs in a bag and smash until half size chunks remain

In the bowl of a stand mixer on medium speed, cream together butter and sugars until smooth. About 3 minutes

Add in eggs, almond, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined

Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and mix on a low speed. Fold in chocolate eggs.

Roll all cookies into equal 3-tablespoon balls and press down slightly with the bottom of a measuring cup

Bake at 350F for 11 - 13 minutes

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp almond extract

1 cup melted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 pack of Cadbury mini eggs
