As a person with a peanut allergy, I have always wanted to try snakes that I have seen others eat for my whole life, but never been able to. If you feel the same, then welcome to my new series where I make peanut snacks without peanuts. These peanut-free Snickers are so good and have the same taste as the store-bought ones that many people love. They come together in about an hour, and you don't need any fancy equipment or baking experience to enjoy this. The rich chocolate and flowy caramel of this decadent treat is sure to be a family favorite!

To see me make this amazing dessert, see my latest video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/sez1HZ6c8Jg?feature=share

Allergic to cashews

You can always substitute any nut you can eat, or leave the nuts out entirely.

3

Can't eat sun butter?

I use sun butter because it is my favorite, but if you can't eat it, you can replace it with a different nut or granola butter.

Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate according to package instructions. I used the microwave.

Coat 6 of the spaces on your mold with a thick layer of chocolate. The number of bars may differ based on the size of the mold you are using.

Once coated, put in the freezer until set. While the chocolate is setting, put your caramel in a saucepan on medium-low heat and add milk. Stir consistently until the caramel is soft and flowy. Chop cashews into medium-sized pieces.

Take the chocolate out of the freezer and sprinkle cashews into the molds. Pour a thin layer of caramel over the top of the nuts. Put in freezer.

In a small bowl, add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar and sun butter and mix until well combined. Take the chocolates out of the freezer and layer the nougat you just made on top of the mold.
