Does the brand of jam matter?
No, you can use any brand, but I did find that some brands did hold their shape better when frozen
2
What type of jam to use?
I used strawberry from this recipe, but feel free to try a different flavor. but make sure to leave a comment on the YouTube video to tell us what flavor you used.

Notes

1
Use a 2-tablespoon scoop and scoop 8 scoops of jam onto a plate or tray. Put the tray in the Freezer overnight

2
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream white sugar, brown sugar, cream cheese, and butter together on a medium speed.

3
Mix in vanilla extract and egg on a medium speed. You can scrape down the bowl if needed.

4
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda on a low speed.

5
Mix in white chocolate on the lowest speed that your mixer has.

6
On a floured surface, use a rolling pin with flour on it to roll out cookie dough.

7
Using a glass or a cookie cutter, cut out cookies

8
Take a cookie and lay it flat on the table, and place the ball of jam on it. Place another cut-out cookie on top of that and press and roll the edges to seal it. (If this step is confusing, watch the video)

9
Put the cookies in the freezer for 45 minutes

10
Heat oven to 350°F
